Where should I post "Looking for opponents" type posts?

Hello all,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. I'm moving to Liverpool in a couple of weeks and wondered if there was anywhere I could post requests for people to play against. My first thought was to post things like 'Looking for Lion Rampant players' in the Medieval boards, but there don't seem to be many threads like that.

Is it because Lead Adventure isn't really that sort of place, or am I just too lazy to find out?

It's fine here, but if it's a period-specific request for players, then okay to post in the relevant period board - but not to cross-post to more than one board I'm afraid.

Interestingly, opponent-finding does not seem to ever have been a particular focus on this forum, but there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't try to seek out new gaming pals here
