Pulp "Armoured Jalopy" - Update Finished!

I am going to be involved in some play testing of the pulp car fighting Mad Maximilian rules soon so I'm gonna need a 'ride'. Time for some scratch building!

Here's a WIP picture of my 1930's Rolls Royce A/C, Bolton Paul Defiant & Pick Up Truck inspired sort of vehicle!

Okay the body shop has finished its work!



I just need to mount the two turret guns, the forward firing fixed MGs and get some wheels on it (they are in Australia Posts hands at the moment which could be a concern with the first game a week away)...

Almost there now, the jalopy is all tooled up just waiting on the wheels!

It features two fixed front MGs belt fed from drums secured in the front engine bay and twin 20mm quick fire guns in the turret (but for play testing the rules they can be MGs or whatever)...sorry for the blurry picture it was taken in pretty bad light!

How did you do the rivets? They're nice, but I would've added a few more of them for that old timey steam engine feeling. Very nice build that feels right at home in the era, especially with that lovely green paint.
