[Pulp Alley] Battle Report: The Temple of Heaven (last 5-6 TURNs)

Yesterday I played the fourth scenario of my rogue trader (Pulp Alley rules) campaign with my usual player.
As usual I will include a new turn for each new post.

Background:
41 millenium, Somewhere in the deep jungle of a death world far away from a colonial outpost.

The Joker was elated (more than usual). The last skirmish was won, and this is was good.
Then he should only find the "Temple of Heaven" as said the cob-head guy and he will finally find the legendary Key of Graciale...
He was still not sure about what really IS the Key of Graciale and WHAT it could do... but who cares? Surely it will be a nice trophy and if could be useful for some nice jokes, that's better!
Then the Joker was distracted from his thoughts by the big ugly man near him.
Joker: "Oh! YesYes! I didn't forgot you my old friend! Thank you for your precious help! Here your reward."  
The Joker shook hands vigorously with Bane, the handshake of Bane was stronger and the Joker squeaked in pain...
Joker: "Ouch! ... and here your payment too, of course..."  
Bane grunted and took the imperial credits, then without saying a word left the room... meanwhile a woman and a strange little guy entered...
Harleen "Bane... Sociable as usual... Hi, Mr J you requested our assistance, then we are to join the game"  
The strange little guy said nothing, just laughed...
Joker: "Welcome my dearest friends! Bane is a good guy... well, really it's not but he does its work well... however I need more enthusiastic players for this game...
Prepare yourself we must go to heaven... AhahAhahahaAhahahAHahaha!!"

Ghost: "Go awayyyyyyyyyy living being... This is a cursed plaaaaace....!"
Kayura: "I'm sorry but I don't believe in ghosts..." 


Arago and Krana climb the perilious area approaching the major plot point.
Arago: "Our goal is near... continue to climb!"
Kratos and the sheriff move ad wait the incoming Jokerz.
Kratos: "They will not pass!"


Daimon run to the lone inquisitor, he will try to win his confidence in the next turn.
Lone Inquisitor: "Do not go near to me! You seem a servant of the chaos gods!"


Rajura run around the hill, he want to intercept the Joker...


the Joker win the challenge and the minor plot point is took.
Joker: "A grave to desecrate! What a nice beginning!"


meanwhile the other Jokerz run near the other minor plot point.
Dee Dee: "Look Dee Dee! Spiders! Disgusting Giant Spiders! I HATE spiders!"
Dee Dee: "You are right Dee Dee! They are really awfull! With all those loathsome paws..."

2 TURN

Dee Dee try to win the minor plot challenge, but fail to the giant spiders perilious area, she will recover in the next turn.
Dee Dee: "This will be a loooong day..."   


The Joker and his followers move, Dee Dee is hit and go down, but will recover.
Dee Dee: "This is unfair! Dee Dee, why we are always the first to go down?!" 
Dee dee: "Sob! Because we are the weaker of the gang, Dee Dee... then they like to harass us!" 


Harley and Kratos exchange shots, but nobody is down.
Harley: "COOL! This seem a challenge as I've seen in an old cowboy's movie!"
Kratos: "... What is a cowboy's movie?" 
Harley: "Oh you should try them! There is a huge collection of those old movies in the Black Libray, my puddin' and I look at them while eating pop-corn and... blah blah blah"   
Kratos: "Why I asked?" 


Kayura move and cover herself behind a rock.
Kayura: "Come on clowns... I'm ready to kick your red noses..."


Arago climb and the major plot point is in front of him...
Arago: "The top of the rocky hill, at least... soon all the secrets of this temple will be mine..."
Rajura change direction and chose to climb the hill too.



Krana try to climb too, but fail and must wait next turn.
Rajura: "How embarassing for an agile eldar to fail an easy climb..." 
Krana (whispering). "Stupid Dark Eldar!" 


Daimon win the Lone Iquisitor mino plot point.
Daimon: "Believe me, I'm not a dark minion of chaos, I serve the Inquisition like you... please, join in our quest..."
Lone Inquisitor: "I believe you, young warrior!"

3 TURN

Dee Dee fail again the perilious area and she is down, but will recover.
Dee Dee "..."   


The Chaos Dwarf is shoot and he is KO. Harleen and the Joker shots but nothing happens.
The small monkey run behind Harleen.
Joker: "This is not funny!"


Arago move and win the challenge for the major plot point.
Arago: "Finally! The secret place of the Key of Graciale is described in these ancient inscriptions!"
Krana try to climb, but he fail and he is KO.
Rajura move behind a bush and open fire to the Jokerz. Then look at krana.
Rajura: "You are embarassing for the eldar race. Do you know?"



Harley is injured by shots and is KO after a brawl with Kayura.
Dee Dee charge Kayura but is defeated and will not recover in the next turn.
Kayura: "Fine! Two at the price of one!"
Harley: "This amazon is so brutal! She do not know gentle manner! Am I right Dee Dee?"   
Dee dee: "Ouch!... I feel unwell"   


Daimon run to give assistance to his companions.

4 TURN



Arago move to take cover, protecting the precious informations he won.
However the Joker quickly run in good position and shoot to him, Arago is injured.
The little monkey is KO after a good shoot of Kratos.

Joker: "Shame on you, Inquisitor! Are you trying to leave the game before play with me? This is not nice..." 

Arago: "You poor crazy clown! You will never understand the sacred duty of a man that serve the Emperor of mankind!"


Rajura shoot to Harlen but he is down and will not recover in the next turn.
Rajura: "Damn!"

Harleen run and Kayura chases her.
Kayura: "Do not flee! Face me! Coward!" 
Harleen: "Come on! Try to take me, if you can!" 

Dee Dee continue her quest for the minor plot point but fail again and she is down and will not recover.
Dee Dee: "I must be a masochist..."

5 TURN

Arago try again to take cover.
Arago: "That mad harlequin is trying to stop me... He will not prevail!"


The Joker run ans shoot to Arago, injuring him.
Joker: "I'm coming for you Inquisitor!" 
Daimon run toward the joker.
Daimon: "Your mad rush finish here!"


Kratos shoot to Harleen, she is down but will recover in the next turn.
Kratos: "You must surrender! You can't win!"
Harleen: "Surrender? And lose all the fun? Non, I don't think so..." 


Kayura run toward the Joker.
Kayura: "That clown is too dangerous, I must stop him!"



6 TURN

the Joker hit Arago and he is down, losing its precious major plot point!
Joker: "Nice shot! AhahahaAhahahhaAhahah!!" 
Arago: "No! We can't lose! Not now that we are so close!"
Fortunately, Kratos move and reconquest the major plot point.
Kratos: "Do not worry my lord! I recovered the relic!"


Daimon charge the Joker, but the brawl is useless, nobody prevail.
Daimon: "How you dared to shoot to our master?! You must pay for your sin!"
Joker: "I'm terrible sorry, but I don't believe in your church, then I'm not a sinner!" 


Kratos helped the injured Inquisitor to get up and and he could take again the relic.
Arago: "Well done, my son... Now we could finally continue our quest...
I will translate the ancient writings and finally we will find the way for the Key of Graciale..."
