Gunfighter - first photo

Hey, sorry about the photo quality, I haven't got a proper camera.

This is one of Foundrys' darkest African explorers but I think he makes a great gunfighter.
Any comments would be appreciated as this is the first photo I've uploaded.
Also if anyone has any tips for varnishing figures they would be much appreciated as I have no idea what the best technique is.

Nice paintjob (although somewhat hard to tell from the angle and the washed-out quality of the shot - you should adjust your white balance), and I love this mini, but no self-respecting, self-identifying "gunfighter" would be caught dead (or even risk it) wearing that satchel.  :)

A few more photos, sorry again for the poor quality trying to suss out a better camera.
These are again African explorers but I'm using them as westerners.
