Half-orcs?

I thought maybe I could pick up some of those LotR orcs cjeap from eBay. But no... they're all listed at higher prices than ordering direct from GW. WTF? Ebay is such a cesspool.

Some of Ebay is bargain, some is ok, and some of it seems to profit from uninformed buyers.  Caveat Emptor!

I get that. I think it's just that I remember the golden age, when eBay was like a huge yard sale, swap-meet, or flea market. Now it's more like walking down a dark alley of con-men and questionable shops, trying to find a rare honest deal.

Dredging up this old thread as I've made further discoveries & progress with my half orc quest.

First are these "Orcs of the Crimson Wave" from Black Tree.



I'm going to try using a mix of skin tones. These are my first two experiments.



The others I've been thinking about are these orcs (and maybe the greater orcs) from Scotia Grendel.

Great taste, I picked up a few of those crimson wave orcs and some stygians a while ago. You'll have them painted before me though!
