Mining camp
« on: October 13, 2016, 10:02:50 AM »
I'm getting together some figures for a small mining camp as part of a Western game for next year.

So far I am aware of the Tiger Miniatures/HLBSC miners. I'm interested in the two new figures from Copper Mine Miniatures (featured here in a recent thread) and I already have a prospector with a mule from Dixon Miniatures and a couple of the old Foundry range.

Any other suggestions I may have overlooked?

What about the Paint Your Wagon Lee Marvin fig from Artizan.
Well I've lead an evil life, so they say, but I'll outrun the Devil on judgement day.

There is a thread way back IIRC where someone built a mining camp with a sluice and Chinese Laundry.
Cheers,

Yes, one of the LAF finest pieces. ;D

I've been back and looked at the thread, he only had a couple of figures, mostly all Foundry.

This one? http://www.artizandesigns.com/prod.php?prod=1015  I hadn't associated it with Lee Marvin before, but now that you mention it ...

If you are up for a little converting Nick there are Sappers in the Empress New Zealand War range.
