« on: February 12, 2009, 11:36:32 PM »
February 13th 1882,

Herr Brakenstein,

I vish to bring to your attenzion the dire news that those pesky tea drinken englanders are up to zer no good dirty tricks again. I have been able to acquire ( at conziderable peril to my person) vese virst images of the troopens with the big bang bang ze gunzen and mobile steam clangekty clankens.

I urge you Herr Brakenstein, to uphold der honour of der Fatherland and commence the imediate acquistion of such technologies such as to counter zis dreaded threat to our homeland.

Yours zincerely,

Herr Tonic
ambassador to London

P.S.  Love to mummy  kiss kiss!

Crikey, sir. I'm looking forward to today. Up diddly up, down diddly
down, whoops, poop, twiddly dee - decent scrap with the fiendish Red
Baron - bit of a jolly old crash landing behind enemy lines - capture,
torture, escape, and then back home in time for tea and medals.

I have tried to show the pictures in the post and it seems to have almost worked, but the pictures still aren't showing. Maybe they are too big in file size and image size? Any suggestions?

cheers

The tank is nice but the impervious suits are really great.  The paint job on the infantry is very good.  What is the commander figure in the center of the line.  The one with the revolver?  He looks very "Flashman"
Thanks for posting these.

You probably need to reduce the image size, as they are pretty big.

I like those 24th Foot figures, though the colour-bearer with the leopardskin is quite bizarre!

Who makes them?

You've got a very good-looking VSF force there  8)

Try left clicking and it opens them as links.

The driver in goggles is fantastic.

I'm almost positive the impervious suits are the Eureka ones, but I don't want to speak for Fuzzy; could very well be wrong.

Thanks all for the great comments. I will try and shrink picture size down and add some more pictures this weekend. All miniatures are Eureka which is my local dealer for my lead addiction :)

The Pax limpopo stuff is on the large size and the officer figure is a real man moutain, just the thing for a hero character. I will add sikh, naval brigade, personalities next. :)

Cheers
Neil aka fuzzy
