Just finished this tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed. I guessed some of it, but was still pleasantly surprised by a lot of the reveals.

However, I really feel that it should be a stand alone. I'm not sure that I feel that it needs anything else to finish the story (a bit like stranger things... however as time passes I feel that I am eagerly awaiting season 2)

It was great TV (I thought at least). I hope it doesn't go the way of many US shows that keep running until no-one is watching. Apparently they are talking about 5 seasons.

I agree with it being amazing TV. I'm looking forward to rewatch the first couple of episodes in a few months to see how often the maze pops up in the background, and to try and work out if it's Bernard or *spolier* talking to Delores in some of the scenes.

I personally still don't think that it needs a second season
