According to some posts on the Weird War Facebook group, you should start working on getting a refund quickly since they aren't sending anything or even replying to emails.

I order from them in 2015 and got sent a totally different mini. They replied when i emailed to say the mould had broken. Contacted them months later and was told it still wasn't fixed and were not sure if it would get fixed. Not sure why you wouldn't take it off your website.

Well, Mark actually did contact me, and I now have the Totenkopf - and he is absolutely cool.  I was told that there had been a hacking issue, and orders were not going where they were supposed to.  Follow up with the email on the website and you have a good chance.
