Who makes the cartoony bobble-headed Robin Hood range?

For the life of me, I cannot remember.
There is  the usual run of not-Robin Hood and friends along with Norman soldiers and other characters.

I cannot remember who makes them but have an idea for something where some of them could prove very useful.
