My Geezers Project
« on: 22 December 2016, 12:05:19 PM »
Hi Guys
Just wanted to post some pictures of my new Geezers Shut it! project. Here are some of my figures.

Some street civvies

NO! this kid isn't about to mug this poor old Lady, unlike today. He's creeping up behind his Grandma ;)

Watch it here comes "Rita the Meter"

Some coppers

A Detective

Fat Corbett and two heavies from the first scenario.

Some nasty looking blaggers.

More to come soon. I hope you like them.

Cheers ;)

That's some stunning painting! :-* The Rush shirt is a nice touch. Who makes the detective model?

Wonderful brushwork!
Especially on those fabrics, Granny's kit in particular.

Many thanks. The Detective is by Killer B Games. In fact all but two are made by them. If i recall, he is listed as a "Tough Northern Detective".

Cheers mate. The cars are Vanguards. They have been well discussed before on the forum, but here's my view. They are 1/43rd scale. Yes they are too big. But the thing is...There is nothing else available. If gamers were to just see the vehicles for what they represent i.e. 1960's/70's vehicles and not keep worrying about a few mm size difference. The Vanguards range is absolutely fabulous for any modern gaming. ;)

Thankyou very much. Granny is actually a conversion of a 17th century figure that has been in my bits box for about 30 years. I finally got to finish her....albeit a tad late lol
