More Pulpy Minatures from Ceasar

There are some great figures in there for my Call of Cthulhu games.  I dare say these chaps look even better than their earlier Partisan set.

WWII German Mountain Troops

At first I was planning on using these fellers to supplement my Afrika Corps.  On my second glance I see they are geared up for cold weather.  That shouldn't be an issue, I did need a Tibetan Ahnenerbe expedition.

Pictures of these two sets and a few other 20mm should be up soon.... While I've been tardy posting, I have not skimped on painting.

I have the Partisans, they are exquisite!

I do everything in 20mm, and this set was a godsend.  I used it to make a variety of mishmash figures, including an Indiana Jones.  I also redid the trencoat guy's arm so that he can be a little closer to Rick.  I used the head of one of the rifle guys as the head for the Rocketeer (I bulked up the chin a little... the body is from the WWI pilots set), and took the head that HAD been on the Indiana Jones body and stuck it on a machine gun guy, adding a drum barrel. 





The other figures, not from the partisans set, are a Tintin made from a U-Boat crewman, a Corto Maltese made from a U-Boat officer, and a yet-unpainted Short Round made from an otherwise useless podracing Anakin Skywalker figure.

The last one is one of the partisans, painted for a tramp steamer thing I'm working on.

The partisan set, both for the characters that it comes with and for the parts those characters can make, is one of the most useful sets I've gotten.

Ceaser are a blessing and a curse!  I know that after we've finished up with a load of their fantasy stuff I'm currently working on, I'll be moving on to more of their historical stuff!
