I started on the GS today.



I'll probably skin everything and then go back and do details like teeth, tongue, eyes, claws, etc

Prompted by the suggestions from AndyM and Mason some posts back, I did use a simple tool for the scales, in this case an earbud shaft cut at 45 degrees.

Cheers Nick, it's kind of you to say so but there's a long way to go yet and plenty that can go wrong.  ;)

Because of the need to handle the beast when skinning the GS, I'm also quite limited to how much I can progress in a session, which makes the timing to the deadline quite tight. Some elements also have to be done in a certain order, as adding GS obviously impacts on the desire for low weight and a balanced pose (for both in flight and on the ground).
