UVS Malifaux -28/06/2020 Punk Zombie

So I have nearly finished my first building for Malifaux. This is a TTCombat Streets of Venice 7 building.


As you can see the doorways are large enough for the larger Malifaux figures.


The building has removable roof, floors and back walls.

I like the Teddy and nightmare puppets very much. Cool miniatures with a splendid Paintjob. Your building is cool, too.

I have a lot of unpainted Undead (just building a Grave Spirit), but I have finished a Guild Riotbreaker.

A construct used by The Guild to suppress Union riots, but also being deployed on other tasks.

Mr Graves, though vaguely human shaped is actually a Neverborn Mimic Enforcer.

Mr Tannen, Neverborn Enforcer. Do not let his unremarkable appearance fool you.

He will steal your luck from underneath your nose, and if that does not work, he has a sharp little pocket knife.

And pass the bleeding remains on to Mr Graves.

These are some of my favorite Malifaux models.

The grey suits are really well done, the highlights especially. Did you mix in a slight off white or creamy colour?

I used Citadel Mechanicum Standard grey as the base and mixed in some Army Painter Golem Stone for the bulk highlights. Both were also drybrushed with Citadel Terminatus Stone. I washed the grey areas with Citadel Nuln Oil.

It has been a while since I finished any Malifaux figures (there are a number assembled, just painting them takes time.

Guild Guard, urban edition.

This Guild Guard is based for urban patrolling.

After reading Watchmen and watching The Incredibles, not sure of the Cape.

I have to admit that, if I could paint better, I would be tempted to paint a Superman(tm) symbol on the cape.
