I see TTCombat are selling Carnevale figures and rules Having invested much of my cash buying their Venice building for my En-Garde and IHMN figures. I totally lost the plot and bought one of each of the figures, what do people think of the rule system or do I need looking at

I have yet to play it but since I'll be on the dark sphere stand at salute and TT are sharing it with us, I may be involved in the demos on the day (I'll at least play it.) I have only heard good things about the system itself, and from what i know the latest system is being retained for the initial TT release so you should be okay with getting hold of the current book if you can.

It is a good game but not without problems, figures are lovely but do need some degree of skill and dedication to assemble and paint.
Well worth picking up IMHO.

Lots of wrist-to-hand joins.  I hate wrist-to-hand joins on metal figures!

I'd wait for the 2.0 kickstarter coming april-ish. New rules, new models all resin.
