Paypal's Policy Updates (March 29, 2017)...
« on: February 13, 2017, 04:29:40 PM »
Paypal policy updates starting March 29, 2017...

Two things caught my eye:
Quote
  • We are changing the standard transaction fee for sellers selling goods or services online to buyers outside the U.S. from 3.9% to 4.4% plus the existing fixed fee based on the currency.
  • We are changing the standard transaction fee for in store transactions received from buyers outside the U.S. from 3.7% to 4.2%.

Is this change exclusive to Paypal US or have European sellers received the same policy update for transactions with US customers?

So now we will get even more scammers with the "payment by friends and family only"
Great.
