Gloire and Under the Black Flag are nice. You might consider also buying the Savage Worlds Pirates of the Carribean book, which you can likely find and look at in a local game shop. The scale is the same, just a few figures for that Hollywood style action, but the systems for dicing are different. Gloire uses d10 and shifts of 10%. Savage Worlds uses d4, d6, d8, d10, and d12 with odds shifts between the dice sizes which are easy to do, but slightly harder to compute in your head (if you want to bother computing odds). Because both game systems are the same scale, you can borrow and easilly translate rules, characters, skills, and scenarios between the two. Actually, the skill sets are similar but with different names. I bought both game systems.
