I remember that Space Lords diorama on the poster from mid-90s print adverts in the quaterly magazine by Spiel & Fantasy :)

Oh yeah. This brings back memories, and now that someone mentioned Spiel & Fantasy, I'm totally back in my happy days. I spent so many hours there...

Yet, I never (even today) have managed such a high skill level at diorama building.

For now I didn't find better examples,  but you can take a look here :

Even if it's paper diorama, videogames related, you see the point : low depth wall dioramas, where the 3d is a "eye trick" (optical illusion?). It's a bit like painting, but with 3d. You can imagine the same thing for minis !

So I have more time to paint metalminiatures and Buildings from Stronghold Terrain.  ;)
