Not bad but you might want to get your sculptor to revisit her weapon. It's a bit of a mash up between two separate and quite distinct weapons. She looks like she is holding something with a pistol grip as per the original photo. Alas it's clearly not a PPs-43 as it has what appears to be a solid wooden stock, a drum magazine and a sort of lazy attempt at the slotted barrel shroud of a PPsh-41 or maybe the PPD-40. Unless she's gripping the trigger guard in her fist she'd have nothing to hold onto and it would be bloody uncomfortable and quite weird to hold a weapon in that manner.
I know it's a an established wargaming trope but the hackneyed megaphone thing doesn't really add to the figure's authenticity.
The weapon looks like it could be based on the PPD 34/38 (just from the barrel shroud)? You're right though (I know, you usually are!

) it would need to be the PPSH 41 for the photo look and the pistol grip otherwise the grip could change and it could be modified to incorporate a wooden stock weapon.
From a personal taste perspective I'd also prefer without the megaphone. This is all meant to be constructive by the way, I love the stuff you're doing.
