Excellent work here Mike, nice straight lines on the shoes, jacket and shorts, and lots of character in the faces! Are you playing a game with these figures?

TheWeasel, the ambush set up is pretty cool!

Thanks

Thanks, Joe! Yes, I will be running my modern Africa game at conventions (and publishing the rules, too). I used to run it about 5+ years back, but put it on hold when I began my Dark Ages project. Of course, then along came French & Indian War and this period was all but forgotten for the better part of a decade.

Weasel, we were neck and neck for awhile, but looks like you've pulled ahead to stay ahead. I thought I had my second tie of the round for awhile... lol

...and as of now we're back in tie territory! My this was a close match. It is an honor to tie with you; I always love seeing well-painted irregulars, and these are some of the best I've come across, particualrly with their running shorts and athletic shoes. (I'll be working on my own African rebels soon, but maybe not during this competition).

Well met, Mikedemana!
