Nice work, sir.
Those cavalry chaps look rather spiffing.

Ah - I thought it was weird.

I posted on the work intranet that my kayak had gone missing after being delivered to the front desk (we've recently been told no more personal deliveries to work), but I still had the paddle. I was actually shocked (it continued today) of the number of people genuinely asking if I had found my kayak. Idiots.

As both people who visits this thread might have gathered,...

I think you would have more visitors if you didn't keep a blog but participated in the main boards with your stuff.

Hmm perhaps. But I am not really in it for the views (I am in it for the bitching and moaning..). I see this as just my own log of what I actually finish.

And speaking of finishing I give you The "Fog Raven".

The paintjob is inspired by "Havhingsten fra Glendalough". I went for a "gamer style" rigging. I am sure that anyone who knows about that sort of thing will loose sanity by looking at this. But for the gaming table it works for me.

Yeah totally... you're posting stuff online because you don't care if anyone notices.  lol

In all seriousness, what I meant was that I don't think a lot of people go to the work bench. People interested in medieval viking stuff may be missing out!!!  :o :o :o

Ohh I do care.
The support recieved is always highly motivational.

I just don't know if I care enough to spread my activities all over the forum. Because I mostly use this thread as an archive of past achievements.

But I have given in to your peer preasure and started a seperate thread in medieval adventures. So hurry on over there and tell me how good I am! :D

So now that I have been peer pressured to move my Viking adventures to the Medieval board. I did not feel I wanted to cheat my two readers here ;)

So i give you a work in progress picture of some more vikings this time there are three banner bearers. The banners are still en route though..

What kind if 'rod' do you use for the banner poles, please? I have some Little Big Men Viking banners incoming any day soon, and I think the spears of my GB plastics may be too short...

If you know someone who owns or works with a welding station, have a look at the welding rods they use.  ;)

Unfortunately not... I think. Maybe a guy from work who fixes cars in his spare time...

Turns out I am building a Viking settlement. And a settlement needs dungheaps! So I have laid the groundwork on another one.
