The hyena fellow is great! I love the white and orange. What's he made from?

Frostgrave Gnoll with North Star's  Sci-Fi weapons sprue.

Really nice miniature!  :D

Nope, the OP already answered this question. He said...
Thanks!

He's got the arms of a "scifi greatcoat trooper" (by Warlord Games? The people who made the heartbreaking McBride-style orcs with the Playmobil hands.)
But the Gnolls w/ Northstar sci-fi arms just as well.

My goodness, that pale flesh tone is great (so is the rest of the painting) but that flesh tone really stands out for me, really palid and icky  lol

How did you achieve it? Id like to do something similar for my dark elves and vampires skin tone :)

Fantastic miniatures all around though, I do like the aged effect on the armour.

I used the same procedure as for my 'cave goblins': Wych Elf Flesh (or Vallejo silver-grey) washed with a mix of Citadel blue glaze and Biel-Tan Green, then highlighted back up in Wych Elf/silver-grey.

Thank you, I shall make a note of the recipe and add it to my vampire log book :D

You're very welcome!

Here's a very quick lizardman kitbash. I tried to get him done in an hour (excluding undercoat), but I see from the podcast I was listening to that he took about an hour and 16 minutes. He's for Mutants and Death Ray Guns at the weekend.

Thanks!

Here's some terrain for today's game of Mutants and Death Ray Guns. I built it last night out of bases and sprue and painted it this morning.

And here it is in action.

My 10-year-old painted the jet-packed lizard-chap: a kitbash of his own devising. He's very pleased with him - and I was struck by how well the OSL effect on the base worked on the table. I could give him neither help nor advice on that, but he was determined to give it a go.
