BSC2024 Ragnar's Turnip28 build
« on: February 28, 2024, 08:50:53 AM »
Yeah, haven't really got a solidified idea yet.  Maybe one of the following:
Smithy
Bakery
Butchery
...
Gods, monsters and men,
Will die together in the end.

What's wrong with Candle-stick maker? Does it get on your wick?
Good luck with whichever you choose.

Whatever you decide on, it'll better be at least a bit weird  ;)

Good luck!

Ok, humble beginnings, especially compared to the other entrants.

"The finest architects and builders in all Cist were brought together to commence building the new tavern (name forthcoming).  The tavern would become a place of refuge for footsore soldiers between the grueling campaigns of the never ending war"

Thanks Daeothar.

Another small update.  Base has now been cut out and shaped and some external structures added to the building.

I like it! The balcony is already adding interest to the plainest of the building's sides; great choice :)

Looking good. What's the plan for the walls and the roof? Are you gunna use filler? Will it be tiles or thatch?

Thanks Lost Egg.

I am matching existing buildings so will be doing filler on the walls, weathering straight on to the filler and large ungainly tiles on all roofs.

Getting along nicely!

Once you start flinging filler at it, it'll make a leap in looks too is my experience! :)
