Rocky outcrops/butes and foliage.

Made these out of insulation foam amd aquarium plants respectively.

for the butes, I  looked at lots of good tutes on Youtube, espeacially the railway ones.

One small suggestion, the plants look a bit green and healthy for the rest of the setting, perhaps a bit of a yellowey dry-brush on them?
