Slowly starting to make some scenery for Fallout. Made from balsa wood and some model railway platform lights.

I liked the fold patterns on the billboard paper surface. My technique is to wad my billboard ads into a ball, then unfold, tatter edges, and perforate with some holes. Then splash some diluted dark wash onto the surface to age it. Billboards are satisfying.
