Yes I was inspired by pictures of the irregular shaped GZG bases (although they are very hard to find pictures of). I wasn't taken with the usual shapes and I wanted something like you say, more organic. I'm painting all sides for this project so I can do what I want! My are 3D printed but I lost to original design but I can still print out more.

Those look great 6mm! My regular opponent had all his GZG/Epic infantry based on similar resin bases he’d made and cast himself and they looked awesome - very organic; I found it blended the chaps into the tabletop very nicely yet allows their position to be clearly seen. It’s the opposite of what I’d generally “go to” as a solution but works beautifully.

Keep up the good work,

Andrew

Lovely painting efforts on these. I like the infantry basing too.

I'll echo everyone's sentiments on the basing - very effective!

Is it threadomancy if the original creator is uploading more content? I'd say it's all part of the fits and starts nature of the hobby
