Who made these Traveller decals?

I got these Traveller decals ages ago on eBay and can't find them there now.  Does anyone know if they're still available somewhere?

Also, the two sheets on the left are Imperial and Zhodani, and I think the bottom one on the right is Solomani.  The other two I think are Aslan and Vargr, but which is which?

From memory, the yellow one is Aslan. Sorry I don't know their manufacturer...

If I'm not mistaken they're from Ad Astra https://www.adastragames.com/products?category=Traveller, but I cannot find them in their web.

They appear from time to time in eBay.
