Excellent article. Thanks for the comparison shots. I was thinking about the new Wargames Atlantic mixed box so this was timely.

Darn. Wish you had posted this a couple months ago. I bought a box of Oathmark guys....they are very fiddly and fragile. I have been cleaning mold lines and they are sooooo fragile.

I gave up and have been searching for metal skeletons, for their durability.

@fred: Cheers. Yeah, I never got how videos would be more useful to showing static figures than photos. For extracting information, videos are brain-boilingly slow-paced. For background noise or entertainment I like videos, but only proper long ones.

@Burgundavia: Very true. Skeletons work best in ....well, hordes. :D

@pixelgeek: Thanks very much! Yup, they are mighty fine. Did you see the zombies they announced on Halloween? This might be the first WA fantasy kit I'm not really into. The zombies look very ....digital, and the head options don't quite do it for me. But I'm boring and don't particularly enjoy mixing history with zombies or other fantasy elements.

@KGatch113: Oh yes, there's a bit I may have missed out on mentioning in the article - the Oathmark skeletons are rather annoying when it comes to mold lines (and also telling mold lines from raggedy clothes). I noticed that as well. Good point, I'll add it to the article.
