I think I could easily produice something much like those. I'm not normally much into scratch-building, but this looks doable in a couple of hours time (handful of buildings)

I *hate* scratchbuilding scenery and straight line models. I am rubbish at measuring things out.

But I can see a paper cup and a lot of polyfilla in that. Perhaps washers for the window frames...

COuld also make them less obviously 'Spongebob'. 

Or you could be lazy and just buy them as they look great!
