Purple People Eating Demons
« on: 31 July 2006, 06:21:08 PM »
I finished painting these a couple of weeks ago. I thought I'd share.

The miniatures are an old Grenadier Nameless Horror and a bunch of Target games Karnophages. They should make a great set of demons/mutants/venutian rock apes/etc. (there are some WestWind werewolves too).

Here's all of the little purple buggers lined up. I like the "dancing" ones in particular.

Here they are with their "Momma", the Unnamed Horror ... Nylethorep (sp?).

Last but not least, Eldritch Terrors versus Beastial Lycanthropes.

hmmm... They are showing up for me.

They are hosted off my blog (on blogspot), so perhaps they are doing something to stop externally linking to them?!?!?

I've been meaning to start a displaced miniatures gallery, perhaps I should go that route.

Might be the blog site. I can get to them from your blog, and I can open them up singly in a window, but the links don't work.

But, a nice use of the Warzone Karnophages!

Guys, make a right click on the pic. symbol and then choose "show picture". Works for me.

The purple horde (the guys with the big hands) are Warzone karnophages. I believe Prince August now has the rights to produce them since Excelsior went under.

As Rich said, they are Warzone Karnophages.

The were manufactured by Target Games and then later by Excelsior Games.

Most recently the Warzone line has been picked up by Prince August. They aren't, however, on their price list at the moment.

However, It looks like they are still adding things to it. If you drop them a line, expressing interest, they might even move them up on the release queue!

With that said, they do have the Bauhaus Vulcan Battlesuits, which, with a little filing, make great Pulp WWII German Walkers.

had the same idea and ordered them too. They're here already, nice ones, could be a nice little addititon to the big walkers, "satellite" walkers
