Old Glory spanish-american war figures quality/compatability

Does anybody know how these figures line up (quality/compatability) with Foundry darkest africa/copplestone?

I use a mix of Copplestone, Foundry and Old Glory for all my games. Size wise they work together well, quality of course goes to Copplestone and Foundry but once painted, they blend well together. I don't have the particular figures your asking about but a friend of mine does and they look just fine.

I have some US infantry from this range. They are by no means the worst of OG's offerings but they do suffer from some of their common sins. The equipment is poorly sculpted and the gaiters make their calves look immense. Still they suffer less from the ridiculous poses syndrome. Only 2-3 in the bag I bought. Quality wise they are chalk and cheese with Foundry or Copplestone. Size wise they mix well with Foundry but are a bit shorter than Copplestone, well my RCW Copplestone figures at any rate.

I have some Spanish from the OG range. They are not bad for rank and file. I've played in a lot of games that mix Foundry, Pulp, Old Glory, and other ranges.  But then, we are not playing little encounters with 2 to 5 figures on a side, as in .45 Adventure.  We are usually playing The Sword and the Flame, with 80 to 200 figures on a side, with the units on foot of either 10 or 20 figures.  In mass like that, the Old Glory serve well enough as rank and file.  Some of the leaders and special characters benefit from being Foundry or Pulp.  They get looked at more closely.
