I quite literally stumbled upon this one http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/103975/Whore%27s-Blade-Heroics%3A-Core-Rules

Very tongue in cheek, but interesting game mechanics, and completely customize-able.

There are two versions, use what ever figures you see fit.
Zombies you can outrun - the mistakes of your fellow Heroes you cannot.

They're not heroclix but I have redone several horrorclix in my strange Aeons thread. Most of them are simple paint touch ups and rebasings. Should give you an idea of what you can do with them for minimal effort.

I may have to give some a try, there is some cheap Alpha Flight figures I always wanted, may be the inspiration I need to try it.

I've just finished re-basing and touching up the Sasquatch heroclix figure.  It's not quite as good as I'd hoped but still looks pretty good, the base just needs some flock.  I'll start a thread for my supers stuff here in a day or so.  In retrospect I should have used the Wendigo figure instead...but oh well.  Most of the Alpha Flight figures are actually pretty decent looking, although the maple leaf on Guardian's uniform is pretty awful.
