I really, really like those robots and will get a couple to use as an Adeptus Mechanicus robot maniple for my Space Marines. The only decision is whether to buy now or to wait for the next releases...

Buy now.

Otherwise there may be no new releases.

Small enterprises need to get the funds to pay for new sculpts, make new moulds, and get new casts. Those funds are based on the sales from previous releases. If you choose to wait... they won't get enough money to account for the expenses of a new release.

So if you like something, just buy it. Otherwise it may disappear.

And I am saying that from the perspective of a customer who delayed some purchases from small companies, waiting for a "later bigger order", only to see those companies go out of business. Twice has happened. And I've promised myself to never make that mistake again, and try to warn others.

I agree Ajsalium! If you want them, help out by not waiting.

As for cost, I don't think that the prices are unfair at all; they are pretty big chunks of metal if nothing else, and that on it's own is quite expensive! £10 for the robot in solid metal is about right I think, especially if it a nice sculpt or something that is different from other offerings out there.

Got my small order this morning :D (very quick from one end of snowbound Durham to the other) - they looks as though they're going to a joy to paint  :-*

Are you planning on going to the Durham and/or Newcastle (Gateshead) shows?
