Looking for an undead giant/ogre/troll figure
« on: 17 June 2013, 01:22:03 AM »
Hi all,

I'm looking for something like an undead/zombie giant/ogre/troll figure for a skirmish game I'm putting together, but haven't had much luck with my usual sources. The specifics don't matter too much, as long as its a hulking brutish thing that's at least twice man-size (ie about 60+mm tall).

Anyone got any good suggestions?

Cheers,

Andrew

Thanks Chuck.

That skeletal giant looks pretty cool. Any idea how big it is?

Or the DDM zombie hulk perhaps? Cheap, prepainted plastic that repaints fairly well.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

Arcturus and Funghy - that undead ogre with axe is great. Any idea of how tall it is?

preedh - thanks, I am trying to do this on a budget, so adapting one of those pre-painted plastics would be a good way to go.

For a moment there I thought you mean a clix mini from that whole Marvel Zombies thing.

Turns out there is a zombie Hulk (Incredible big-H Hulk that is) clix, but... nah.  Wouldn't personally recommend it. :?

Reaper has a massive skeletal one coming out in the Bones line... not sure if this ones available yet?

This fella is rather nice and I've seen one painted up close and it looks great:

There are also several other tasty Undead miniatures on there as well.

Edit: Here's the snap I took of him:
