Found a set of rule I never heard of before...
« on: 22 December 2013, 11:45:22 AM »
The rules are "Hoplite Historical M Corps Command - Warfare in the Age of Napoleon" and I know only what the advertisement says:

"Divisional Level Rules (3rd Edition)" burt the cover says Battalion Level Rules...

"Manufacturer: Hoplite Research"
and
"Softcover"
and
"Copyright Date: 2008"
and
"Author: Manny Granillo"
and
"Complete miniatures system for the Napoleonic wars from 1792 to 1815"
and
"Covers all major and minor armies of the period"
and
"Command battalions, Regiments and Corps for use with any scale and resolve battles within 3 to 4 hours"

Not exactly what I was looking for and the closest thing I can think of was a guy/company developing seriously specific rules for warfare using ancient greek soldiers in what he called (paraphrase) realistic historical deployment - or something to that effect, ancients were dropped between WRG and DBx rules experiences.  ::)   :`   :-[

Anybody know anything about these rules from actually reading or playing them?

Gracias,

Glenn
