Have I got this right ?

A line-of-sight 12" Mystical power that can kill, but allows a Pluck save is just 14 points ?   

The same power with NO save is just 17 points ?

I think the bit about the pluck save refers to resisting the power of a non-lethal spell. All the other spells which might take a figure out of the game allow the figure to take the normal pluck roll associated with any other sort of attack.
