I would imagine so, you can order any Sally 4th products from Mark at Scale Creep.
He will not have any in stock yet, as I only designed them yesterday!

Since they are acrylic, you should be able to use a lint free cloth and a touch of a plastic cleaner, like Novus #1 plastic polish.  You also may be able to use alcohol, but be sparing, as that can sometimes cause lasered edges to craze and shatter.

I just use a wet wipe to clean the fog off.

Tried the wet towel, a towel with cleaning liquid for LCD screens and alcohol and most of the fog came off. But not all. But it's good enough for me :)

We use 'Floor Wipes'.
These are like big wet wipes. We use these and they will remove any trace of fogging.
We use them to clean all the resin gunk off our laser cutters! We also use these on MDF kits when we want to get rid of the staining from the MDF residue.

I'm very pleased to announce that Dave and I worked out a deal to expand the availability of Pulp Alley goodness around the World.

I have sent Dave a big box of Sally 4th Pulp Alley Accessories including Tokens, Index Boxes, Pulp Alley Figure Chests and Burst Templates. These should arrive in the next couple of days enabling customers in the US to get hold of their Pulp Alley Accessories direct from Pulp Alley.

Sally 4th is now stocking the complete range of Pulp Alley Rules, Expansions and Cards together with the Accessories that we manufacture. These will be available from us from shows and from our Pulp Alley Store Page : http://wargamesbuildings.co.uk/Pulp-Alley-Gaming-Accessories

We plan to add Pulp Miniatures very shortly so that we will have a full portfolio of Pulp Alley rules, accessories, miniatures and terrain on offer.

... and the good news is that we have added the fantastic Pulp Figures to the amazing Pulp Alley products that we supply.

These are really some of the most characterful Pulp Miniatures that I have come across.
Sally 4th are offering two special deals. Firstly we will supply five free bases with each pack, either our very popular 'crystal clear' Terra-Bases (which are my favorite) or our standard MDF bases.

Secondly if you purchase 10 packs from us we will include a free 70mm Warchest and Insert. This could be expanded to include other ranges of Pulp Figures at a later date, so watch this space.
