WW1 and the Edwardian era in 54mm

My 54mm airforce is growing. the pilot in the centre is  new addition, so new he is yet to see a brush.







Before anyone tells me I know the Renault is 1926.  ;)

Seeing some painted WW1 and Napoleonic 54mm is what sucked me into the scale.  That Sopwith Pup is perfect.  And garden games sound about right for dogfights in 1/32 (!).

The Indian contingent is very impressive.  An army of monopose infantry in gloss is definitely on my too do list.   :-*

:) When I was little, I had one old Britains toy soldier, a London Firefighter. I've never forgotten the charming little guy.
