How/where do I find the former Wargames Factory Skeletons
« on: 23 October 2016, 11:22:45 AM »
I have tried finding the Wargames Factory multipart skeletons on the Warlord Games website, but with no luck.

Are they not currently available, please? I could mail Warlord about it, but I have heard, they are not very communicative?
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

Not available, and now rare as hen's teeth.  They were hugely popular because they're simple, normal skeletons.  I'd imagine Warlord will re-release them at some point, and likely at twice the cost.

I don't think they're bad figs...they're just skeletons.  They did re-do them shortly after release to fix the original terrible feet/joint issues.  They're really slight though which makes them tough to handle.  I'm always afraid they'll break when I'm using them.  As you said though, fantastic source for piles of bones, skulls etc.

I have many of them still on the sprue. F'ing awful figs but a good supply of bones and what not for bits. Pm me if you really want them.

Thanks, but I fear postage from the antipodes would be rather steep? Would there be about 16 (or multiples thereof)?

Would be nice though - I do have some very old GW skellies left to restore from an age-old job lot (bought, at least, 20 years ago) for my God of Battles Lords of Undeath army, and I purchased a large Tomb Kings job lot a couple of months ago, so I do not lack skellies as such, but most of the latter are equipped with hand weapons and shields, which I use for my mainstay Skeleton Warriors, and naked skeletons armed with just a scythe or a spear, which I use for the lowly Skeleton Hordes, are in short supply out there.

Well - the next month I have to focus on some LotR/Dark Ages stuff for a game at Horisont VIII on November 18-20, so I shan't be expanding my army just now.

Thanks for the info!

Oh no, they've stopped doing them? Boo, I liked them (and their price tag). Would have considered a second set :(

Me also. despite the fragility of them they were great. Easy to paint with a quick spray then dip.
