Plague on Felstad - Nurgle warband
« on: 10 March 2017, 10:20:27 AM »
Hi guys, been lurking a bit since i started Frostgrave about a month ago, just finished my first warband :D

Used to be quite into warhammer fantasy before the fall, Got into historicals with Bolt action soon after the end times. So for the past 2 years have been painting pretty drab and dreary colours on my Germans. Must say it was an absolute joy to dust off the unpainted fantasy minis and have the chance to paint some vibrant outrageous colours again for a change.

Let me know what you guys think.

Great work on those - I'm a big fan of non-standard warbands!

Yeah - some pretty gory painting. I love the Templar with the Mark of Nurgle on his belly.

Only because the photos are so big that it's obvious - I'd use a dry brush to clean up stray static grass on the rim of the bases. And touch up with paint some of them that have marks/chips on them.

"before the fall" - teehee.
Wonderful start! They would be terrifying to fight against.
