Lady Featherstonaugh and 'Mad Harry' Chamberlain; two figures that I added to the GPO Rifles unit to add numbers and a bit of colour (from my African Explorers collection).

These are my Gone to Ground markers that I made to denote units that are in that stance.

This is the last picture from the game.  Thanks for looking.

Lovely battle report, WS, I enjoyed reading through it tremendously . We,ve played a few games last year using these rules , having previously used L.Rampant, they give a fast and bloody game .  The Mr. Babbage variant can throw up some unexpected twists and the Europeans certainly d,ont get it all their own way.  The Regulars should seek to keep the Natives at a distance by pinning them with firepower as when it comes to grips the Fuzzies have the advantage . I look forward to other reports , and wish you all Good Gaming in the New Year.

Warm thanks for your kind words Belisarius!  Very much appreciated.   :)   We have not tried the Mr Babbage variant yet, but you have definitely got me interested in doing so now.  I am in the throes of finishing an AAR of the follow up game that I hope to post before the weekend, and we are playing the third linked battle tomorrow night, and an AAR will follow in due course on that.  Thank you again and wishing you good gaming too!
