Painted Loud Ninja 15mm aliens - Ikwen, plus Tavshar added 3/16

Latest project, couple of dozen alien resistance fighters from Loud Ninja Games' Ikwen range.



Rather like these little guys, especially the relatively dynamic posing on the missile launcher braves.



They do fall into the "another humanoid alien" trap a bit, but the nicely sculpted and very non-terrestrial heads do make up for it a bit.



Really need to do some seedy interstellar gunrunner crews to go with these guys.  They must be buying their guns from someone, after all.

And another lot, this time Loud Ninja's Tavshar aliens in their shiny gold power armor:



Nice sculpts, although there aren't as many different variants as the Ikwen have.



There are a couple of others (a "big boss" leader and some skimmer riders) but they lack variant weapon troopers.  Kind of a shame, but they're intended (by the manufacturer) to be used as part of a multi-race force that would make for a less homogenous look.



There are also multiple big mecha things for them, but they're kind of expensive and come in a ton of small parts.  Modular and they have a cool aesthetic, but I don't think I'll be tackling any of them due to the price and probably assembly headaches.
