Mordheim Campaign
« on: 21 February 2018, 04:58:24 PM »
Put some pics up of a Mordheim campaign I hosted over the weekend. Finally got to play a campaign set in the city! This was after many years of collecting - but more importantly, months of building and painting - various medieval ruins!

Here is a pic of the map we used:

Pics of the some of the warbands:

Pics of the battles and table set-ups are up on the blog.

Hoping to add more locations for next year's campaign... I still have so much terrain in boxes and kits that needs to be assembled and painted! Would be nice to paint up some new warbands too. Some of those models are really showing their age. How much cooler are the new Shadespire Skaven, vs. the old monopose plastics from the early nineties??!

As far as locations, I think the Cemetery of St. Voller, the Market Square, The Statue of St. Gotthard, and the Middle Bridge are all locations that I'd definitely like to have terrain for in the future...

Congrats for getting the campaign up and making such a splendid city to fight over! I just finished my Mordheim undead band and managed a single laser-cut building as a side project to estimate how much effort it would take for a table, and it was way to much to contemplate any time soon. But one day! Meanwhile, you are living the dream!  :)
