Chaos in Cairo - Desperate Plea!

Does anyone know the status of the supposedly, revised and pending rules for this game?

I am desparetly trying to locate a copy of the original rules.  Does any have a scanned version?  Anyone willing to sell their original?  I purchased and painted all of the Westwind miniatures for the game in anticipation of getting hold of the rules, only to be thwarted by the gods!

Anyone able to help me out?

I sent out the bat signal to Messrs Pyle and Howard. Hopefully one of them will turn up to shed some light on the current status of the rules.

good luck with that, I get the impression the rules are done but they want to release them with minis.

Rules for the new Cairo are done. Completely laid out. Finished. We are in a holding pattern waiting for bench time to open up for the new miniatures to be made.

That's all I can really say right now. Sorry for the interminable wait on this.

Does this mean that the "original" miniatures are no longer in production?

I bought a few for a potential LPL entry and thought they were good figures.  Just wondering if I ever wanted more would they be available?  They don't appear to be, but perhaps I looked in the wrong places.
