15mm "size" Comparisons
« on: 13 June 2009, 02:17:18 PM »
Does anyone have a rough of idea of how the different ranges of 15mm WWII look next to each other? (E.g. Peter Pig/FoW Battlefront miniatures) Are they all roughly the same size? Or are some companies huge compared to others?  ???

I got a picture of some Peter Pig next to Battlefront on my blog.

If you click on the actually photo it will grow in size for a clearer view.  Peter Pig figures are on the front left base, Battlefront on the front right.  Prone figures are Peter Pig.  Battlefront are bigger but I mix them.  You can't really notice unless they are on the same base.  Avoid Peter Pig prone figures.  They never have faces, just a lump of head like metal.

Check out the WWII Reviews on Wargames @ Nordalia. There are several (Marines, Japanese, US Infantry, MG34 teams, more) with size comparisons.

Hope that helps!
Don.
