This summers project for my Punic Wars armies was a box of Victrix unarmored Greek Hoplites. I have had my eyes on these since they came out, so it was nice to finally get to grips with them. The box gives you enough miniatures for 48 hoplites and 8 archers. I think they will end up in two unit of 24, but a massive 48 since unit does have a nice fell to it. As always the models are very well sculpted and easily assembled. Painting was easy and with the beautiful transfers its hard to not end up with a cool looking unit.
At the moment I now have 96 hoplites and some light cavalry and skirmishers. Not enough fore a full Greek army, but as this is the Punic Wars, Syracuse is a more obvious option. That being said I absolutely love hoplites, so I might do another box next summer. Problem is the Romans really need some backup.
Here are a lot of pictures of the hoplites in different formations.

Hope you like them
Cheers
