And you want some pre made, beautifully coloured scifi
ones, Heroic maps have a lot of great sets.

I have several of them & can attest to their quality. They can
be reduced in size & printed to playing card size for mapping, then using the corresponding A4 ones to game on.

Imagine & you can.
Most see shapes you must see possibilities.

Well, really, to meet the list of what you're after Freddy, I'd suggest Core Space. Additional bonus with that is that you don't need to paint or make anything if you don't want to (although most people paint the figures).

Another few I've not seen mentioned here yet, but which you probably know:

  • Star Saga, by Mantic
  • Imperial Assault, by Fantasy Flight (Star Wars themed, but their Doom and Gears of War boardgames are also similar)
  • Space Crusade (the MB Games one)
  • Galaxy Defenders, by Gremlin Project

If I may ask though... What sets a Sci-fi dungeon crawler apart from a fantasy one exactly? Apart from Space Hulk, most really are pretty similar IMO. I've seen people make decent efforts to convert AHQ and WHQ into sci-fi, and as long as you're prepared to write out some additional ranged weapon profiles and some additional starting hero characters, I think they do most things on your list quite well really.

Building a dungeon is not an issue for now, I try to hamster all the 2d dungeons I can so I have quite a collection now:

This one is from Heroic Maps. Yes, those are cool, but they are eating up printer cartidges really fast :)

These are my own painted tiles, since they are stanard rectangular, maybe the best for random generating.

I really envy those who have the patience and, above all, a storing place for a proper 3d dungeon, I only have some model holding boxes converted with some scatter terrain. This does not take up much space since, as I said, it serves as a holding box wit removable walls.

Ok, I also have this gamemat.eu Necromunda set for the GW tiles:

Since it is not too 40k specific, I also use it for 1/35 games.

Apart from the weapons and enemies, yes, they are 80% the same mechanisms. But you can add a lot of scifi flavor with the non fighting stuff like interactive computer terminals, and also the good old movement sensor cliché works better in scifi.

I have a collection of maps from Paizo's Starfinder range, some from Ryan Wolfe's 0-hr collection, The Giant Book of Sci-fi Battle Maps from Loke and Loke's Big Book of Cyberpunk Battle Maps.
If find they work really well for 5 Parsecs and Enderain.

There are 100 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary and those who can work from incomplete data.

For solo Sci-fi you should really look at Two Hour Wargames 5150 games.  THW is a long-time presence in solo wargaming. All their stuff is specifically designed to work in Solo mode as well as co-op and Vs.
Their RPG..

...and ground combat variants are both worth looking into.

To give you a taste of their "Reaction" system there is a free "Chain Reaction" ruleset.
