Contacting Magister Militum?

As I understand Magister Militum cease trading this Friday I tried to place an order with them on Saturday. When I came to pay via Paypal the website said "there is a problem" but checking Paypal the cash has been paid. My e-mails to Magister Militum have been "undeliverable" and two days of phone calls unanswered, with no messaging service. I'm totally in the dark. Does anyone have any suggestions as to their status or how else to contact them?

To expand slightly, I'm confident that if the Paypal payment goes through, they will have the order.

Their email system is broken, they have mentioned this on social media but it's ironically difficult to get the word out about such matters.

I've placed a couple of orders myself in the past few weeks and both arrived within 2-3 days.

Only speaking for myself with the above! Caveat emptor etc.
