Does anyone in the UK make the same sort of black bases as Magister Militum?

Until it stopped trading, Magister Militum used to sell black bases - 2mm thick and laser cut, I think, out of some sort of black plastic or acrylic. They arrived with a paper coating on each side.

Does anyone know of another company that does the same sort of thing? I'm looking for 28mm DBA/HOTT-type bases in particular (so 60mm frontage and different depths). Fluid 3D Workshop looks like it does something similar, though not in those sizes; if I can't find a ready source of 60mm bases, I'll ask if they do custom sizes. But I thought it was worth checking here first in case anyone knows of a source!

The advantages of these bases over MDF are that they make rebasing easier, they are less vulnerable to spilt paintwater, coffee or beer and they won't have any potential for encouraging lead rot (not sure if this is really a concern, but I always coat MDF bases in gesso before basing in any case).

Any pointers gratefully received!

Thanks - looks like they're open to enquiries about laser-cut acrylic. I'm presuming that's what the Magister Militum ones are - it's a hard plastic that doesn't really work with polystyrene cement (though you can melt plastic figures onto it for a decent temporary bond).

(IIRC) Fluid 3D are very helpful and went out of their way to provide what I needed (a couple of years ago?) so they should be a relatively safe bet if they have material suitable for your needs.

They have acrylic tokens but sadly the thickness is not listed.

This is part of a grand project to get a large amount of the leadpile based up for HOTT/DBA - and, by extension, To the Strongest, Impetus and other such games.
