It came from the Deep
« on: 05 June 2010, 06:03:03 PM »
Not sure if this is the right plae to post this miniature.I was thinking of posting it in the Pulp section and the Gothic Horror.

The miniature has been sculpted by the Very talented Paul Muller. This is one of the new sculpts which will be for sale at the Durham wargames show on the 12th of June.

I also have some Sea Demons ready  :).

That's tremendous!  I can imagine the fellas over at the Gothic Horror and Call of Cthulhu boards getting their knickers in a metaphorical twist over this delightful (?) sculpt.  Superb source, too!

Mega-cheesy film, but I've always had a soft spot for the Creature itself. This figure is spot-on. If the other sculpts you mention are this good, we are in for a treat  ;D

Please make sure you post details of price etc as soon as you know!

Brilliant!

Would make a great random marsh monster to mix things up a bit in a game of SOBH!  >:D

Some of the future wars guys who are doing Fallout 3 stuff might like it too?

Its applications really are endless, aren't they?  I was thinking it would make an excellent opponent for Brigade Games Miniatures' Tropical U-Boat crew (scroll down) (plot: 'U-Boat suffers technical troubles near a remote tropical island.  Crew go ashore for supplies...' et cetera).  You could even work in cannibal tribesmen!  Only problem is I don't currently have any tropical scenery...
